           Returns

To be eligible for a return, please contact us at dangks1522@gmail.com. Please, describe why you are returning the item. There are times were only a partial refund would be warranted. Partial Refunds maybe eligible if any item not in it's original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or if you received the wrong item, must be notified within 5 days of received. Any item that is returned more than 5 days after received will not warrant a refund. Only regular priced items maybe refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. We strongly encourage you to file a claim with the carrier directly for broken or mishandling issues. 

We are not responsible for improper burning that results in tunneling or flooding of your candle or improper wax melting placement. Candle and Wax melting care tips are located on our front page, under Candle and Wax Melting Care Instructions. 

         Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. (A picture of proof is required). If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email and your contact information to make the arrangement. 

        Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail your product to Dangks1522, LLC 10926 David Taylor Dr. Suite 120 #1284 Charlotte, NC 28262, United States. If you are shipping an item over $75.00 it is recommended using a tracking service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost shipments. 

Depending on where you are located, the time it may take for your exchanged product to be delivered may vary. 

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, or lost/stolen mail. Please, be sure to double check your address (especially adding any apartment, suites, lot, etc. numbers ) prior to checkout or you can email us as soon as the order has been place so we can correct it, before shipping. If, you believe your package has been lost or stolen please, reach out to the carrier directly to file a claim. 

        Shipping (Regular)

All candles, Wax melts and Rose teddies are handmade in small batches, which are made to order and all takes time to cure. Once your order has been placed, please allow 7-14 business days for your order to be processed, made and shipped (standard orders). All orders placed on the weekends will be processed the first business day. Once your order is completed, you will be notified via email with your tracking information. Please note, when you select a shipping method at checkout that is the estimated number of days it will take to arrive to you AFTER your order is made. If, you need an order before the normal shipping times, please send us an email. Expedited orders are sent out before the 7-14 business days time frame. We will get your little warm comforters to you as soon as possible.

USPS, UPS, etc. deliveries may take longer than usual, and all service guarantees are suspended. Please, be mindful of this when shopping for gifts! These delivery challenges with the courier's are out of our control. We apologize in advance for any delays with your deliveries. Thank you for shopping with us.
